The name of the organization is World with Hope. The organization is organized in accordance with the Nonprofit Corporation Law, as amended. The organization has not been formed for the making of any profit, or personal financial gain. The assets and income of the organization shall not be distributable to, or benefit the trustees, directors, or officers or other individuals. The assets and income shall only be used to promote corporate purposes as described below. Nothing contained herein, however, shall be deemed to prohibit the payment of reasonable
compensation to employees and independent contractors for services provided for the benefit of the organization.

This organization shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on by an organization exempt from federal income tax. The organization shall not endorse, contribute to, work for, or otherwise support (or oppose) a candidate for public office. The purpose of the organization is the following:

Conducting training courses to prepare volunteers for traveling to underprivileged countries worldwide for social services. Create a platform for All volunteers from different sectors in North America Partner with other Non-profit organizations to support homeless, refugees and vulnerable people in the community. Provide conferences and events for medical students to facilitate interaction between seniors and juniors for experience exchange. Collecting donations to serve our objectives.

Outside US:
Providing various healthcare services to all segments of society. Establishing centers for medical services and rehabilitation in underprivileged countries world wide. Supplying potable water. Intervening in various humanitarian crises worldwide. Providing food programs in underprivileged countries world wide Focusing on education sectors and capacity building in different communities. Arrange programs and establish centers for People with special needs Creating medical establishments that provide needed services like: a. Renal Dialysis
centers b. NICU centers c. ICU centers d. Mental health and addict rehabilitation centers e. Tertiary hospitals Arranging medical missions, screening programs, health awareness campaigns Establishing Collaboration protocols with local and international organizations The organization is organized exclusively for purposes pursuant to section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
